We all have our own fitness goals that we want to achieve, but to achieve them, we need not only efforts but also constant determination and motivation. She says that discipline and hard work are the things she wants to stick to, as achieving fitness requires you to add healthy habits to your lifestyle. We don’t have to set our short term goal here but to set a long term goal to lose weight.

The actress often raises her voice on health issues, pregnancy related weight and self love along with some other such topics. Talking about her last week’s routine, she says that last week she was a bit lax, she had some mood swings but still she stuck to her plan.

I was feeling very tired and lethargic in the morning, but still I made time to do yoga for 45 minutes. Persistence and discipline is the only way I stick to my plan and never give up. I lost my weight from 91 kg to 90.6 kg in the last week.

“From 11 am to 7 pm, she keeps a lot of liquids in her diet which includes water. She takes either herbal tea or black coffee without sugar in the morning. This kind of intermittent fasting makes me sleepy at night. Craving to eat something sweet or some snack is banned. Now I eat only three times a day and that is 11 in the morning, 2 in the afternoon and 6 in the evening. I am not following any other diet I am just eating a balanced diet. I will definitely tell if I follow any diet in future but for now I don’t want to be too harsh on myself.”
